Illustrations are usually done with the concept of mass production for book covers, newspapers, comic books, video games, and magazines. Although Veronique has not pursued the avenue of being mass produced, she does have a massive collection of comic books, admires the field of art that is in bookstores in the form of book covers, and admires illustrations as a whole that are detailed and can tell a story without words. |

Below are samples of portraits done with colored pencil and airbrush. The picture to the right, (below), shows the actual picture. The picture to the left, is the resembled hand painted reproduction. It is gratification to come as close to the likeness but always keeping the customer in mind that it is not a reproduction, rather a hand painted replica, which in turn can be replicated with the printing process.
Specializing in portraiture with mixed media, allows great detail to the illustrations. Hand painted with color pencil, and airbrush, on 8x10 cotton paper.
